In the Rocky Mountains of Western Montana between Glacier and Yellowstone National Parks University town 5 miles to Missoula International Airport (MSO) 110 miles to Helena 120 miles to Kalispell • Manage Team of 8 Hospitalists and 2 APP's • Full time is 14.75 shifts per month/177 shifts per year • 7 on/7 off block schedule for continuity of care • Hospitalist team rotates through fair share of day and night shifts. 2 physicians on during the day, 7:00am-5:00pm and 1 physician on at night 5:00pm-7:00am • Open ICU with intensivist backup procedures not required but available if desired • Cerner EMR • Manageable workload and manageable encounters • Culture of integrity, honesty, support and amazing retention rates among physicians and nurses • Excellent Compensation Plan: 2 blocks of days to 1 block of nights. o Day: $1725 o Night: $1925 o Leadership Stipend o Competitive Total Compensation Package • Benefits include: medical, dental, vision, life AD&D, Long and Short Term Disability insurance, 401k program with match, eligibility for Quality and RVU productivity bonuses, medical malpractice and tail coverage and an annual CME allowance. • Path to Partnership program for employed physicians at year 2, partnership is evaluated and partners can double their productivity bonuses No procedures, but basic vent management helpful. Associate Director to help with leadership responsibilities. Excellent regional medical director support. Scheduling done by others/no scheduling duties. Compensation in the mid $300ks including primarily day shifts, time carved out for administrative days. Great opportunity managing a smaller group of clinicians, with excellent pay!
