Director of Nursing Quality

Compensation
Pay Range: $91000K-$130000K
Description
Support quality and safety programs in the nursing department. Facilitate quality improvement and support nursing staff with initiatives. Assist with learning needs assessment related to quality and performance improvement. Monitor regulatory compliance and identify improvement opportunities. Participate in occurrence reviews, complaint investigations, and corrective action plans. Assist with benchmarking activities with national nursing quality databases.
Key Responsibilities
Articulate understanding of nursing processes and quality management. Promote staff satisfaction through various programs. Communicate evidence-based practices in quality program development. Evaluate nursing quality and performance improvement plans annually. Analyze data and evaluate outcomes to drive excellence. Support evidence-based practice by assisting in process standard development. Advise on nursing quality issues and participate in strategic planning.
Qualifications
Licensed and registered as an RN in the region. Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience in an acute setting. Proficient in evidence-based practice, project management, and change management. Excellent communication, writing, computer, and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
