WVU Department of Neurology and Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute
seek a
Division Chief of Epilepsy
for Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV. The RNI guides a team of 280 faculty members providing compassionate care, education, research, and outreach across diverse communities. The Institute focuses on developing innovative solutions for neurological and psychiatric conditions, including Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, autism, stroke, paralysis, chronic pain, addictions, and traumatic brain injury. The
Department of Neurology
offers a full spectrum of therapies for neurologic diseases such as epilepsy, stroke, neuromuscular disorders, headache, immunology, and movement disorders. WVU is a
Joint Commission approved Comprehensive Stroke Center
and a
Level IV Epilepsy Center . Qualifications
MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent, eligible for state medical licensure Completed neurology residency and epilepsy fellowship Board eligible/board certified in neurology and epilepsy The successful candidate will also be involved in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows, in addition to providing excellent patient care.
