Henry Ford Providence Hospital, previously known as Ascension Providence Hospital, seeks a 0.15 FTE Associate Program Director for the Gastroenterology Fellowship Program, working 6 hours per week primarily in administrative duties. The position reports to the DME/DIO and Program Director, overseeing a fully accredited ACGME fellowship with 11 fellows. Responsibilities include: Supporting resident participation in Quality Improvement projects and assessing completion. Collaborating with the Program Coordinator and Director to monitor program performance. Developing residency schedules and curricula aligned with ACGME standards. Promoting research and scholarly activities among residents and faculty. Assisting in resident recruitment and evaluation processes. Monitoring resident well-being and addressing disciplinary matters per GME policies. Ensuring compliance with institutional GME policies and accreditation standards. Qualifications: Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency and Gastroenterology fellowship. Board Certification in the specialty. 1-2 years of faculty experience preferred.
