We are seeking a
Full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
at Albany Urgent Care Facility, LLC in White Plains, NY. Our community health center is dedicated to providing accessible, culturally competent mental health services to individuals and families, focusing on mental wellness, health outcomes, and holistic care that respects each patient's background.
Responsibilities include:
Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions.
Provide medication management and monitor treatment effectiveness.
Collaborate with primary care providers and team members for integrated care.
Offer crisis intervention and emotional support.
Participate in community outreach and mental health education initiatives.
Provide therapeutic support through counseling and psychoeducation.
Maintain accurate, confidential patient records per HIPAA guidelines.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Nursing with specialization as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
State licensure as an APRN with psychiatric specialization.
Experience in a community health setting preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary:
$200,000 to $250,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
