MD/DO degree Graduate of ACGME-accredited family medicine residency Board certified with the ABFM or AOBFP Must obtain Florida Medical License DEA Certificate Prior educational experience in a family medicine GME program is preferred Demonstrate enthusiasm, experience, and competence in teaching and patient care Responsible for patient care, supervising learners, and modeling collaboration with staff and health professionals Function as a member of the Orange Park core faculty Qualifications
Board Certified by the ABFM or AOBFM Knowledge and experience in internal medicine, patient-centered care, and resident training Unrestricted license to practice in Florida No history of license revocation, restrictions, or suspensions Current, unrestricted DEA registration Incentives and Benefits
