We are seeking an employed Attending Physician/Medical Director for a split position between our Pine Lodge Center in Beckley, WV, and our Raleigh Center in Daniels, WV.
This dual role is clinical in nature. Call is minimal, as most calls are handled by a third-party telehealth company. Schedule flexibility is available. Candidates must be BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with LTC experience.

Responsibilities The Medical Director collaborates with the Regional Medical Director to promote high-quality clinical services aligned with our mission. This involves overseeing clinical program implementation, utilization, and outcomes measurement across centers.
The Medical Director reports to both the Center Administrator and the Regional Medical Director, ensuring clinical care quality, safety, and efficiency within the center.
Partnering with the Center Administrator and Director of Nursing, the Medical Director aims to achieve top performance in quality, safety, and efficiency, especially in an environment of narrow referral networks and value-based reimbursement.
Qualifications
M.D. or D.O. required
Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine preferred, with maintenance of certification
Geriatrics specialization is desirable
Certified Medical Director (CMD) through AMDA is desirable
