Your Role with the Company As a Project Manager with this Client, you wont just manage projects youll lead complex, high-stakes operations that shape Californias coastline and protect its communities. Youll assess and secure specialized equipment, guide its setup and maintenance, and keep a sharp eye on evolving site conditions. When the unexpected happens as it often does in the field you'll adapt quickly, identifying changes in scope and developing smart solutions in real time. Every day, you'll track the resources driving the project forward and collaborate with the team to deliver accurate, timely reporting. Youll bring fresh thinking to production strategies, seeking out smarter methods to stay ahead of schedule and under budget. From the very start, youll dig into project plans to understand timelines, budgets, staffing needs, and critical milestones. Youll build out detailed work plans and mobilize the right talent for every phase. As the central force on the ground, youll lead project teams with clear direction, strong communication, and unwavering accountability Your job doesnt end with execution it includes keeping clients informed, adapting schedules as needed, and making sure every aspect of the job runs smoothly.
