Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the activation of a Service Operating Model. This role focuses on implementing best practices and management routines aligned with organizational change initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong executive communication and coordination skills, experience with Organizational Change Management (OCM), and the ability to drive stakeholder engagement and feedback collection. The role demands independent initiative, high-level stakeholder reporting, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies. Key Responsibilities Partner with the Delivery Leader to ensure successful execution and alignment across the project lifecycle. Define and document project scope, schedule, resource plans, and stakeholders. Lead the project team through all phases of the project. Identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues promptly. Maintain alignment of project deliverables with budget and schedule. Manage project documentation, decisions, and status updates in a centralized folder. Communicate project progress and updates through regular meetings and reports. Establish and maintain committed project timelines considering dependencies, costs, and resources. Ensure team alignment and resource engagement for successful execution. Secure approval of project deliverables from stakeholders and sponsors. Create and manage a project site and supporting documentation. Track and manage third-party spending against budget forecasts. Maintain stakeholder lists, develop communication strategies, and contribute to communication deliverables. Leverage tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Jira. Monitor project performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes. Adapt project management strategies based on evolving business needs and industry best practices. Facilitate discussions for decision-making and information sharing. Proactively manage change requests and scope variations. Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in IT project management. Proven ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels. Deep knowledge of project management practices including Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Strong track record of delivering complex initiatives across all phases of the project lifecycle. Experience managing programs in a matrix environment, including coordination across PMs and reporting. Expertise in stakeholder engagement, issue resolution, and project team leadership. Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Organizational Change Management or employee engagement initiatives. Experience with Planview (training can be provided). Advanced proficiency with executive presentation development using PowerPoint. Ability to alternate between detailed task tracking and high-level strategy. Experience using tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, and the O365 suite. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong skills in estimating resource needs and timelines. Self-starter with high personal standards and a passion for delivering business value.
