We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support mission-critical e-commerce application projects under the Connect EVO portfolio.
This role requires strong leadership to drive cross-functional collaboration, manage multiple concurrent initiatives, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
The ideal candidate has a robust background in e-commerce, application development, and project delivery using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Support Delivery Leader in executing projects across multiple initiatives. Define and document project scope, timeline, resource plans, and stakeholders. Lead project team through all project phases; maintain schedules and milestones. Identify, track, and manage project issues and risks with timely escalation. Ensure deliverables remain on track, within scope, and aligned with the budget. Maintain and manage project documentation, including decision logs and status updates. Conduct regular meetings and status reporting for all stakeholder levels. Secure approval of project deliverables from stakeholders and sponsors. Manage and update project artifacts including project site, financials, and communication plans. Track and report on third-party vendor spend as required. Utilize tools including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Jira. Adjust project management practices as needed to drive project success. Facilitate discussions to enable decision-making and information sharing. Proactively manage scope changes, assess impacts, and devise contingency plans. Lean Business Case Stakeholder List & Communication Plan Resource Schedule Weekly Status Updates & Executive Updates (as needed) Risk/Issue Log Project Budget/Forecast Additional deliverables based on business needs Required Qualifications
10+ years of project management experience 5+ years managing e-commerce and application development projects Proven experience managing and communicating with high-level executives Strong stakeholder and resource management skills Hands-on experience with Planview, Jira, Power BI Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies Demonstrated ability to manage full project lifecycle delivery Strong problem-solving and risk mitigation capabilities Preferred Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with PowerPoint for executive-level presentations Flexibility to dive into details or provide high-level overviews as needed Familiarity with Smartsheet, Teams, O365, and project estimation tools Strong organizational and multitasking skills Self-motivated with a high level of accountability and enthusiasm
