Overview Bowhead seeks a Full Stack / Service Now Developer to join our team supporting the Program Office for NSWC Corona in Norco, California. Responsibilities Support and maintain computer network systems, including workstations, file servers, and web servers. Install hardware, software, system upgrades, manage network accounts, ensure network security, and update web pages and local system documentation. Maintain and update Cyber WorkForce (CWF) directives related to certifications. Manage and troubleshoot network security tools such as firewalls, anti-virus, and intrusion detection systems. Train staff on software, assist with IT-related questions, monitor system configurations, and provide user support. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, including operating systems and scientific tools. Perform software updates, system upgrades, patch evaluations, and resolve vulnerabilities. Support organizational IT procedures and work with the ISSO to achieve system accreditation. Recommend future IT solutions, ensure data integrity, and prepare monthly reports. Qualifications Hands-on experience with ServiceNow in an enterprise IT environment. Experience in DoD environments, including RMF, STIGs, and DISA tools. Proficiency with virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V). Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or similar. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Minimum of a high school diploma or GED with 7+ years of system administration experience, or a bachelor's degree with 4+ years, or a master's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience. Security+ CE certification is required for IAT Level II compliance. Additional certifications such as Microsoft, Red Hat, VMware (e.g., MCSA, RHCSA, VCP), ITIL Foundation, CISSP are a plus.
