Claims Data PL SQL Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst/Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong development expertise in Python and Oracle SQL (PL/SQL). A background in healthcare and knowledge of claims data are highly preferred for this role. The candidate should also be proficient in data modeling. Key Responsibilities: • Write and optimize SQL queries using Oracle SQL (PL/SQL) • Perform data extracts using Python and ensure data integrity and accuracy • Analyze healthcare data, with a focus on claims data, to identify key metrics and trends • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions • Apply knowledge of healthcare and claims data to identify and address data-related issues • Engage in data modeling activities to support project requirements • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and implement efficiencies Required Qualifications: • 5-10 years of experience in data analysis, with proficiency in Python and Oracle SQL (PL/SQL) development • Strong expertise in writing and optimizing SQL queries • Extensive experience in using Python for data extracts • Solid background in healthcare with a deep understanding of claims data • Ability to answer questions like "What is a claim?" and provide insights based on claims data knowledge • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
