Principal Network Engineer

Our client is a large payment processing firm and they are looking for a Principal Network Engineer . They need someone that is strong with Palo Alto and Firewalls, Juniper and has experience working in multiple cloud environments. This is a fully remote role but they prefer someone in the mid west . Job Title : Principal Network Engineer Location : Remote Required Sk ills and Responsibilities : 10+ years of experience and 5 years in a Lead or Architect role Support the corporate infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls and storage Strong with Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama Administration Work with security team to coordinate assessments Experience with Juniper routing, switching and wireless solutions Help develop a Disaster Recovery plan Strong with multiple cloud platforms-AWS, Azure, GCP Hands on with both Linux and Windows Servers Infrastructure as Code ( IaC ) with Ansible and Terraform Strong with BGP and OSPF Nice to have Skills: BS in computer science Network cerftifications -PCNSA, PCNSE, JNCIA, JNCIP Scripting with Bash and Python Compensation : $140,000-160,000 Bonus Benefits and Perks: Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision plan.
