PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 - NA Payroll , Time & Labour, Recruitment, Base Benefits implementation, support and development. Resource should be proficient in core modules of PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 - NA Payroll, Time & Labour, Recruitment, Base Benefits. Experience in other modules like Core HR, Self Service. Resource should have PeopleSoft technical expertise around 40%. Experience on integrations and AWE is a must, with PeopleSoft functional expertise around 60%. Resource having exposure to PeopleSoft Financials 9.1 will be a plus. Resource should be able to work out of client location - San Carlos, SFO. Resource should be flexible to provide daily handshake for an hour with the offshore team based in India. Good communication, problem solving, and analytical skills. Experience in working on global projects, able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and capable of customer-facing roles. Location must be at San Carlos/SFO, CA. Should work from customer location.
