$107,000 - $171,925 What you will do The Associate Manager R&D Programs is responsible for leading and managing strategic programs in R&D aimed at driving growth and protection of Kenvue business. You will be part of building global strategies and then translating those strategies, into execution plans that have measurable outcomes to drive change. Key Responsibilities Be a core team member of R&D programs such as Digital, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Labeling and Artwork, etc Lead key workstreams to support company separation activities such as Transition Management Agreements (TMA) exits, Legal Entity Name Changes (LENC), etc Drive execution excellence through robust planning, organization and executive reporting. Leverage intellectual curiosity to challenge status quo and ask probing questions to test execution preparedness and assess risks Lead and facilitate complex multifaceted topics and operational assessments to drive project progress and desired outcomes across functions internal to R&D as well as with Supply Chain, Quality, Program Management Office (PMO), Commercial Growth Take ownership of deploying and executing global strategies and initiatives, including key performance metrics to measure program results across all regions and ensure a high degree of data driven decision making Develop timely and transparent communications to drive project alignment on planning status, risks, and issues Lead cross-functional assessments and planning workshops across program topics involving people, processes, and technology Manage and coordinate cross-functional interdependencies and initiatives and identify decisions/issues requiring cross-functional review Conduct the data analysis to drive the decision-making backed by facts Deploy proven project management tools Qualifications
What we are looking for Required Qualifications A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in pharmacy, science, business or related fields and 5+ years of related work experience A proven track record of excellence in Life Sciences or Consumer Packaged Goods industry Experience in large, complex innovation and/or renovation programs (such as business integrations, divestitures, product launches, digital roll outs, etc) with a demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis Experience in leading and managing fast paced and complex business environments Ability to synthesize complex issues and conflicts Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights Ability to prioritize effectively on projects and the skills to adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts Desired Qualifications MBA and Certifications such as PMP, LSSBB is preferred by not required.
