A role as a Relationship Manager is for you. As an MFL Client Manager, Executive Director in Commercial Real Estate, you will be responsible for originating term loans on stabilized multi-family properties. You will have the opportunity to earn a competitive compensation plan that includes a base salary plus generous commissions, allowing you to benefit directly from your success. This role is ideal for an experienced multi-family relationship manager who is assertive, proactive, and motivated by financial incentives. Your responsibilities include communicating Chase loan program advantages, managing transactions, leading the sales team, and growing your portfolio through prospecting and relationship management. Job Responsibilities Communicate the advantages of Chase loan programs to clients. Manage and execute transactions from pre-approval to funding. Lead the sales team (Client Associate and Client Specialist) in loan production within credit standards and maintain the portfolio. Leverage your real estate network to drive new business. Develop and grow your portfolio through prospecting and relationship management. Analyze market data, property, and client financials to screen opportunities. Collaborate with Marketing to attract new customers and increase brand awareness. Promote the bank's real estate programs and services, ensuring sound credit analysis and risk management. Participate in strategic initiatives with cross-line-of-business partners. Originate DUS (Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac) transactions. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills Seven+ years of proven experience in commercial multi-family real estate lending. Strong marketing and business development skills with a successful track record. Knowledge of local commercial real estate markets. Excellent communication skills. Commitment to high-quality service for clients and internal teams. Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes. Preferred Qualifications Existing client relationships and a book of business. Four-year college degree preferred.
