Location Bartlesville, OK – the position is located in a Health Professional Shortage Area and/or Medically Underserved Area.

Position Highlights
Full scope of general neurology services; includes both inpatient and outpatient care.
Dedicated medical group and hospital physician leadership support for the continued growth and success of the neurology program.
Employed position with a highly competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including malpractice and tail coverage.
Retirement plan with employer match.
$5,000 annual CME allowance plus paid licensure, DEA and OBNDD.
Generous sign‑on bonus – $80,000.
$10,000 relocation assistance.
Residency stipend available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities
Provide medical services to patients in an assigned area.
Evaluate and treat patients with appropriate medical diagnostic and treatment skills; coordinate discharge planning with case management.
Recommend, participate in, and work to ensure the success of efforts to improve cost effectiveness and quality of care provided to patients.
Accept patient referrals from other physicians; act as admitting, attending and/or consulting physician for patients who require hospitalization for primary medical diagnoses.
Participate in academic programs (e.g., medical education and research) as requested.
Provide appropriate documentation that meets insurance company requirements; appeal all denials in a timely manner.
Participate in inpatient and outpatient consultation for specialty, which may include on‑call schedules.
Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration
Physician MD/DO with Prescription Authority credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
