Competitive compensation: $75,000 sign‑on, residency stipend, HHS J‑1 waiver potential.
Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients with appropriate medical diagnostic and treatment skills; coordinate discharge planning with case management.
Recommend and participate in efforts to improve cost effectiveness and quality of care.
Act as admitting, attending, and/or consulting physician for patients requiring hospitalization; accept referrals from other physicians.
Participate in academic programs, such as medical education and research, as requested.
Provide documentation that meets insurance company requirements; appeal all denials in a timely manner.
Participate in inpatient and outpatient consultations for specialty, including on‑call schedules.
Requirements
MD/DO with prescriptive authority credentialed by the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred; American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree required.
Active medical license in Oklahoma.
