Pay range: $60.00/hr - $65.00/hr.

Duties and Responsibilities
Review, prepare, and verify chemotherapy and targeted therapy orders for accuracy, safety, and compliance.
Provide medication counseling to patients and families, helping them understand complex treatment regimens, side effects, and adherence strategies.
Collaborate with oncologists, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize treatment plans and improve outcomes.
Monitor patient responses to therapy, adjust recommendations, and prevent adverse drug events.
Stay current with oncology drug developments, clinical guidelines, and emerging therapies.
Staff in inpatient pharmacy as needed.
Job Specifications Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent degree.
Licensure: Active and unrestricted pharmacist license (Board Certification in Oncology Pharmacy [BCOP] preferred but not required).
Experience: Prior experience in oncology, hematology, or hospital pharmacy.
