Block Manager – Greenwich – £55k
One Property Recruitment is working with a leading property management firm to source a proactive and organised Block Manager for their Greenwich office. This fully office‑based client side position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Assistant Property Manager or Property Operations professional to take the next step in their career, managing a portfolio of residential and mixed‑use developments across London. The role is full‑time, office‑based, within a collaborative team environment that promotes professional development and career progression.
Daily Duties
Manage a London‑based portfolio of residential and mixed‑use blocks.
Conduct regular site inspections and oversee maintenance, compliance, and contractor performance.
Build strong relationships with residents, leaseholders, and suppliers, ensuring swift issue resolution.
Prepare and monitor service charge budgets, review invoices, and support year‑end accounts.
Coordinate Section 20 consultations and major works with surveyors and consultants.
Draft and issue clear resident communications and attend meetings as required.
About You
Minimum 2 years’ experience in block, property, or facilities management.
Strong understanding of maintenance coordination, compliance, and contractor management.
Excellent organisation, communication, and client service skills.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally.
Keen to work toward IRPM or ATPI qualifications (support available).
What’s on offer
£55,000 per annum.
Office‑based role with standard weekday hours.
