Base Pay Range $76,340.00/yr - $101,208.80/yr
Hours
6:00 am – 2:30 pm (Monday – Friday)

Key Responsibilities
Creating and modifying 2D sketches using Solid Edge CAD
Creating and modifying basic 3‑D part models using Solid Edge CAD
Creating 2D DXF files from Solid Edge models and other computer‑generated files
Developing and maintaining tooling standards and tool‑code assembly drawings
Selecting appropriate tools, feeds, and speeds for machining parts
Generating G‑ and M‑machine code using CAM software
Basic programming of robotic equipment applications
Investigating trends in cutting‑tool applications
Investigating new technologies for tooling and processing methods for CNC machine tools
Working with factory personnel to troubleshoot old and new CNC programs
Performing associated data tasks in Oracle and 3DX applications
Mentoring and supporting less experienced programmers on the above tasks
Requirements
Certified in CNC/CAM related field
Minimum 5 years of metal‑cutting experience
Ability to read blueprints, perform shop math, and use inspection tools
Good interpersonal skills to work with engineers, designers, and machinists
Experience with Solid Edge 3‑D modeling or equivalent CAD software
Minimum 1 year of offline sheet‑metal processing experience (Salvagnini, Radan, LVD, Amada)
Minimum 1 year of offline programming (ESPRIT preferred)
Preferred experience programming robotic applications
High school diploma
Additional Functions
Maintain regular and punctual attendance
Attend in‑person or virtual meetings as requested or required
Communicate effectively and respectfully with others
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Preferred Experience
Operated or programmed machining equipment – minimum 5 years
Performed offline CNC programming for sheet‑metal processing and basic robotic programming
Physical Demands
Standing: occasional during program proof‑outs at machines
Lifting: occasional light lifting of parts
Walking: frequent moderate distances (1 mile) within the S&C complex
Carrying: occasional carrying of CNC tools or parts a short distance
Reaching: occasional reaching to investigate parts in machines
Handling: occasional handling of CNC tools or parts
Other: frequent use of a computer workstation, keyboard, and mouse
Some travel required; may be required to travel offsite for company‑related functions
