What You’ll Do Our Assistant Team Leader (Assistant Store Manager) is a leadership role with a strong emphasis on guest experience, visual presentation, and boutique operations. The ideal candidate has specialty retail experience and is a creative spirit who is ready to support our Boutique Team Leader (Store Manager) in creating an engaging environment for our guests and team members.
Responsibilities
Guest Experience: Leading and supporting a selling culture focused on building a confident and engaged team that is motivated to provide unwavering dedication to our guests.
Leadership: Driving sales results by analyzing the business, identifying opportunities to improve metrics via sales floor leadership and continuous coaching on and off the sales floor.
Planning, delegating, and following up on expected tasks and assignments while maintaining guests as top priority.
Talent: Assisting the Boutique Team Leader in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, developing, and retaining a high‑performing and diverse team; building bench strength by preparing team members for next‑level responsibilities; establishing open, candid, and trusting professional relationships with your team.
Operations & Visual: Supporting and enforcing company policies fairly and consistently; maintaining a visually inspiring boutique that is compelling to guests, leading and delivering our visual brand standards; problem solving and driving new ideas and solutions independently.

Position Requirements
Previous supervisory experience, preferably in a specialty retail store.
Ability to motivate others and work together to deliver sales results.
Able to plan and execute tasks efficiently and independently.
Flexible and adaptable.
Ability to multi‑task and balance multiple priorities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, involving repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing.
Must be able to work independently.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
