Senior Product Manager Partner closely with the Product Manager from our technology partner organization to deliver product functionality needed to support business goals.

Partner Product Manager vs Monks Product Delivery Manager We can think about a Partner Product Manager as a

Strategy PM , focusing on the high‑level vision and roadmap of a product, collaborating with cross‑functional partner teams to gain alignment. While a Monks PdM will provide strategic support, it is often more about offering a

complementary skill set , acting as a

Tactical PM

responsible for day‑to‑day execution, product lifecycle management, and ensuring successful engineering deliverables within the plan.

Partner Product Manager Responsibilities

Defines the problem statement and value of the product or initiative, answering the question, “Why are we doing this?”

Works with partner teams to develop product strategy and prioritize business requirements

Facilitates collaboration across stakeholder teams as needed

Provides input required to make product decisions from the business perspective

Monks Product Delivery Manager Responsibilities

Works with the Partner PM to understand and communicate the value, business needs, pain points, and strategic objectives, along with progress updates

Shapes the product roadmap under advisement of the Partner PM and translates it into design and engineering deliverables

Provides an additional point of contact for tactical product inquiries, engineering updates, and technical decisions

Manages delivery by acting as a scrum master for the team, planning engineering deliverables, and ensuring quality and timely execution

Delivers status updates and reports to leadership

Salary Range US$83,724.00 – $88,131.00 per year

Return to Office Policy This role is subject to our Return to Office (RTO) policy.
