Senior Sales Executive, Advisory at
UL Solutions Join to apply for the Senior Sales Executive, Advisory role at UL Solutions.
Responsibilities
This role is 100% remote requiring extensive travel.
Quickly builds trust and engages with customers to identify customer needs (e.g. integrating and understanding the opportunities within sustainability).
Collaborates with customer personnel to craft customized Advisory service solutions and deliver value.
Makes connections and builds trusted advisor status.
Provides input on customer needs, pain points, trends, etc. to service manager.
Uses technical credibility to build relationships with buyers and centers of influence.
Communicates value proposition of assigned specialty services to clients based on highly technical knowledge.
Serves as primary point of contact for specialty Advisory services, responsible for articulating value proposition and managing client interactions.
Make proposals and handle closings in the Healthy Buildings space.
Action on opportunities to sell specialty Advisory services.
Support discovery and opportunity identification for Healthy Buildings Advisory services.
Maintains knowledge base around specialized services to anticipate and react to disruption within focus area (e.g. upcoming ESG reporting regulations) and proactively address customer needs.
Brings in additional technical resources (e.g., engineers) when needed to support sales opportunities.
Contributes to the development of strategy for Healthy Buildings Advisory practice.
Maintains ongoing plan to prioritize portfolio of accounts and maintain relationships throughout the year.
Provide input to account planning process on potential growth opportunities within Healthy Buildings.
Supports smooth hand-off of customer to implementation teams or S&A customer success post-sale.
Qualifications
Bachelors and/or graduate degree.
8+ years of Sustainability/ESG industry experience.
5+ years of sales experience.
Deep knowledge and experience with ESG, Sustainability, Commercial Real Estate, Construction or related fields.
Passion for Sustainability.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Business acumen and deep understanding of business sales processes.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and CRM software.

Total Rewards Estimated annual compensation: $166,250 – $183,750 (base $95,000 – $105,000). Target incentive: 75% of base. Health benefits: medical, dental, vision. Retirement: 401K. PTO: vacation 15 days, floating holidays 12 days, sick 72 hours. Deadline 5/13/2026.
