Main Responsibilities
Lead full‑cycle recruiting efforts across all levels of the organization, ensuring the attraction, selection, and retention of top talent to support growth.
Build and refine HR processes and programs, including onboarding, training, performance management, and recognition, to establish a best‑in‑class HR function.
Partner with leaders to create workforce planning strategies that align with business objectives.
Administer the employee performance management and development process, providing coaching and training for managers to drive effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local requirements, maintaining accurate employee records and mitigating risk.
Implement workplace safety procedures and execute best practices to manage compliance and employee well‑being.
Facilitate employee relations and terminations as needed, ensuring proper documentation and risk mitigation.
Qualifications
SHRM or PHR certification.
7+ years’ experience in Human Resources, with strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
Demonstrated ability to build HR programs and processes in a growing business.
Expertise in training, coaching, and supporting managers and employees.
Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
High attention to detail, sound judgment, and ability to balance strategic and hands‑on responsibilities.
