Our Burlington team in Atlanta, GA is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and energetic individual with strong leadership skills to join our retail team as a
Customer Service Lead . This part‑time role reports to the Assistant Store Manager and Customer Service Supervisor and focuses on delivering exceptional, customer‑first service.
Key Responsibilities
Model Our Burlington philosophy and core values for the team, and ensure back‑of‑house standards are executed efficiently.
Drive improvements in friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer feedback surveys by maintaining a customer‑first focus and delivering a consistently great experience.
Maintain a neat, orderly front‑end area and troubleshoot any issues with registers and transactions.
Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
Requirements • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs. or more, and stand and walk for extended periods.
