Job Description
Report to a General Manager and optimize our value stream to achieve commercial excellence.
Lead the team to drive revenue by meeting or exceeding sales targets, identifying performance drivers, and using technology to implement processes and tools that inform sales decisions and create revenue opportunities while ensuring customer demands are met or exceeded.
Set short‑ and long‑term sales strategies, evaluate the effectiveness of current sales programs, and recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
Coach and develop talent, leading both inside and outside sales teams to drive revenue and provide an excellent customer experience.
Ensure all projects, initiatives, and processes align with Oldcastle’s commercial excellence strategic objectives and achieve annual revenue targets.
