Job Summary and Responsibilities An amazing opportunity has just opened up for a Manager Cardiac Catheterization Lab at French Hospital Medical Center. This position will provide leadership, direction and clinical and operational supervision of patient care for the Cardiac Care Lab patient population at French Hospital, a 98‑bed acute‑care hospital located in San Luis Obispo. In this role you will oversee the daily operations of the Cardiac Cath Lab, serve as a visible leader and role model, empower front‑line leaders and staff, develop and manage budget, resources allocation, and strategy, assess unit operations, identify process improvements to enhance patient experience and outcomes, and lead quality and care management improvement initiatives, including the implementation and maintenance of Cath Lab standards.

Job Requirements Required Education And Experience
Bachelor's Degree required, or a combination of education and/or additional job‑related experience in lieu of the degree.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a related field required.
Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience required.
Required Licensure
CA State Registered Nurse (RN), or Registered Technologist (RT), or Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (CVIS) required.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from AHA required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA required.
Preferred Qualifications
Registered Technologist (RT) preferred.
