Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Sales/Business Development Agent with a minimum of 5 years of experience in transacting real estate at a large brokerage. Based in our Hermosa Beach office, this role involves integrated sales efforts to source, close, and transact with clients holding or seeking valuation/brokerage for their partnership interests. The ideal candidate must possess a deep understanding of the U.S. real estate market, hold a CA DRE license, and demonstrate proficiency in sales.
Responsibilities
Prospect for buyer, seller, and new agent leads, converting leads into appointments, agreements, and contracts.
Utilize various prospecting methods, including cold calling, networking events, direct mail marketing, email marketing, and leveraging existing contacts.
Track prospects through CRM tools and provide comprehensive contact reports to management.
Effectively negotiate agreements for buyers and sellers, utilizing the MIMX process when appropriate.
Maintain high levels of communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the transaction process.
Contribute to the company’s business growth and expand national and local market share.
Develop and maintain expert knowledge of national and local market trends.
Skills Needed
Proven sales track record with persuasive skills.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
Competitive mindset and willingness to adapt to new cultures and trends.
Previous real estate sales experience is preferred.
4‑year degree in finance or real estate, preferably an MBA.
Position Details
Full‑time position, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Office Location: Hermosa Beach, CA, with some non‑office days.
Travel required.
