About Axis Axis is a fast-growing real estate team specializing in off‑market acquisitions, investment opportunities, and new construction projects in the Bay Area. We work closely with developers, homeowners, and investors to source deals, run valuations, coordinate construction activities, and manage listings.
Job Summary Support our off‑market pipeline, conduct due diligence, negotiate on behalf of the team, show properties, and collaborate closely with sales, construction, and operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for hands‑on experience in investment real estate, new construction, and off‑market sourcing.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, track, and update the off‑market property pipeline.
Identify potential opportunities and support outreach to sellers, agents, and investors.
Assist with property valuation research and due diligence.
Lead or support negotiation efforts
with sellers, buyers, and agents to secure favorable terms.
Prepare disclosures and required documents for listings or acquisitions.
Monitor transaction files and ensure compliance with brokerage and state requirements.
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
Support acquisition team with research, project timelines, and deal preparation.
Coordinate with construction and project management teams on updates and deliverables.
Assist sales and marketing teams with property materials, signage, photo scheduling, and listing preparation.
Property Showings
Show off‑market and on‑market properties to buyers, investors, and partners.
Assist with open houses, walkthroughs, inspections, or access appointments as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field preferred.
1–3 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, operations, dispositions, or transaction coordination preferred.
Experience with negotiation is strongly preferred.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple leads, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
Familiarity with MLS, CRM systems, and real estate documents is a plus.
California DRE license not required but strongly preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work on‑site in Cupertino and show properties locally.
