Do what you love - We are looking for a full‑time long‑term optometrist eager to practice full‑scope optometry, including comprehensive eye exams, contact lenses and fittings, ortho‑k treatment, pre and post‑op care for LASIK procedures, dry eye, myopia management, glaucoma, and scleral lens fittings.

A well‑equipped office - Our practice is equipped with state‑of‑the‑art diagnostic instruments such as: electronic phoropter, Optos, OCT, tomography, IPL, Lipiflow, ERG, VF.
A lovely location - Hampstead is home to many local seafood vendors and a growing number of restaurants. Hampstead residents are located just minutes from Topsail Island’s 26 miles of beautiful Atlantic oceanfront. Topsail Island is known to be a quiet, family‑friendly beach community with several convenient beach access areas.
Schedule & Benefits
Competitive pay - We reward our doctors with competitive salary ($150K) plus production, as well as a benefits package including: 401K, licensing renewal, CE, medical insurance.
Additionally, as we are a growing practice in a growing area, there will be the potential to buy in or buy out the practice in 3‑5 years!
$10K Signing Bonus!
What You’ll Need
Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree (or pending).
Valid state license to practice optometry (or pending).
Ability to communicate with a wide range of patient personalities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A strong sense of workplace professionalism and personal ethics.
Customer‑service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
