As our VP of Business Development, you willarchitect and lead our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, scale revenue operations,and deepen strategic alliances with global technology partners. You’ll play apivotal role in executing our five-year market leadership plan and will hold anequity stake in our next chapter of growth.

What You’ll Own:

Revenue Growth & Sales Leadership • Drive multi-million-dollar enterprise deals (>$1M ACV) • Lead all direct sales and partner-sourced revenue efforts • Architect sales playbooks and performance frameworks to ensure predictableARR growth

Partner Ecosystem Activation • Co-develop GTM programs with Microsoft, AWS, and CrowdStrike • Optimize MDF (Market Development Funds) to generate qualified pipeline • Secure and scale partner-led marketing and sales enablement resources

Team Building & Development • Recruit, coach, and retain top-performing, cloud-native sales talent • Build a high-performance revenue organization focused on precision execution • Embed co-selling best practices into onboarding and continuous training

Marketing & Sales Ops Alignment • Collaborate with marketing to activate co-branded campaigns • Ensure sales enablement tools, CRM systems, and partner portals are optimized • Track KPIs for partner influence, pipeline velocity, and revenue attribution Requirements

• 10+ years of sales leadership in cloud/ITservices with $10M+ quotas • Proven record scaling revenue via partner ecosystems and co-sell programs • Deep understanding of Microsoft Cloud Partner Program and similar partnermodels • Experience recruiting and developing high-performance enterprise sales teams • Executive presence and comfort working with C-suite stakeholders andstrategic partners • Strong operational acumen in CRM systems, partner portals, and channelstrategy Intras Cloud Services offers a dynamic and fun work environment.
