Main Purpose This position reports to the Head of Global Medical Affairs and works closely with Regional Heads for the US, EU, and international markets. The Executive Director of Medical Capabilities (ED MC) is responsible for creating and aligning the Global Medical Affairs Capabilities Plan with strategic goals and objectives across global and regional medical plans. The ED MC develops medical content for external and internal use, manages publications and medical information teams, and ensures alignment of scientific communications and training with brand strategies. The role collaborates with Medical Affairs Heads, Corporate Communications, and other functions to ensure consistency and quality of materials and training. It also supports some commercial activities where appropriate. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Regional Medical Heads to develop and implement Medical Capabilities strategies and resources. Support development of medical and launch plans, ensuring launch excellence. Analyze medical insights to inform strategy and resource development. Develop policies for content creation, review, and utilization. Manage the Medical Capabilities budget. Support congress material development and participate in planning. Ensure policies for publications are aligned with therapeutic areas. Develop and maintain global medical materials and content. Develop training programs for new hires and ongoing education. Collaborate on congress and advisory board content to ensure accuracy and alignment. Experience & Knowledge

At least 10 years of Medical Affairs experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Science or Medical degree; advanced degree preferred. Experience in medical content development, publications, and medical information. Strong process, compliance, and project management skills. Experience in Oncology or Immunology preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Results-oriented and able to work autonomously. Other
