About the Role:
OnePlus USA is seeking a highly motivated Ecommerce Specialist. You will oversee daily functions of an online retail business, from product listing to customer delivery. Your responsibilities include implementing strategies to ensure efficient workflows, meet customer expectations, and achieve business objectives. This involves managing inventory, order fulfillment, customer service, and collaborating with various teams for a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
Oversee stock levels, ensure product availability, and coordinate with suppliers for restocking. Order Fulfillment:
Manage the entire order process, from placement to shipping, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment. Customer Service:
Address inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively. Data Analysis:
Monitor sales performance, key metrics, and customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Process Optimization:
Develop and implement efficient processes to enhance operations. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with marketing, sales, fulfillment, and support teams for seamless integration. Vendor Management:
Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including logistics and e-commerce platforms. Strategy Development:
Develop and execute strategies to boost online sales and improve customer experience. Performance Monitoring:
Track and analyze performance metrics to identify growth opportunities. Industry Trends:
Stay updated on e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or related field. 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or supply chain management. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and technologies. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and generate reports. Understanding of customer service principles.
