Job Summary

The Crisis Mobile Specialist responds to crisis calls from first responders, jails, hospitals, other providers, and the community. The role involves quick triage of crisis situations, recommending appropriate interventions, and assisting in transitioning individuals to suitable care levels. This is an ‘on call’ position requiring 24/7 responsiveness. The role operates within policies and regulations set by the Department of Behavioral Health Services (DBHS), Regional Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA), Office of Behavioral Health Licensure (OBHL), and CFR. Skills/Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Behavioral Health Field required. Recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders for at least six months is preferred.
