We are seeking an experienced IT Project Lead to provide project support for the CTO project portfolio. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience working on IT infrastructure projects, specifically in network, server, and workstation environments. This role requires strong skills in project documentation, project plan management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain project management documentation, including but not limited to project plans, business requirements documents, project charters, meeting minutes, budget trackers, status reports, and dashboards.
• Lead the creation and maintenance of detailed project plans using Microsoft Project and Smartsheets.
• Support the Program Manager in the day-to-day execution of 2-3 IT infrastructure projects.
• Facilitate meetings as necessary, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are present and project objectives are clearly defined.
• Record meeting minutes and circulate them to the project team after each meeting.
• Track weekly team progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
• Identify and track risks and issues, working with the project team to mitigate them.
• Provide regular status updates, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project progress, milestones, and any challenges.
• Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business objectives.
Required Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in project management, specifically in IT infrastructure projects.
• Expertise in developing and maintaining project management documentation (e.g., Project Charter, Business Requirements Documents, Project Plans, Status Reports, etc.).
• Mastery in using Microsoft Project to create and maintain project plans.
• Strong experience working with Smartsheets for creating and maintaining project plans (preferred).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to track project budgets and ensure project delivery within allocated budgets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience in facilitating meetings and recording meeting minutes.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working on IT infrastructure projects (network, server, workstation).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
