We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to support the CTO End-of-Life (EOL) project portfolio. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of IT project management experience, with a strong focus on infrastructure projects such as networks, servers, and workstations. A PMP certification is highly encouraged to lead and manage the successful delivery of infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: Project Documentation: Develop and maintain essential project documentation, including: Project Initiation Document (PID) Business Requirements Document (BRD) Project Plan Test Plan Project Management: Provide day-to-day project management support for 2-3 IT infrastructure projects, ensuring smooth execution. Progress Tracking: Monitor and track team progress on a weekly basis to ensure milestones and deadlines are met. Meeting Facilitation: Lead project meetings and provide detailed meeting recaps for all stakeholders. Risk Management: Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively ensuring the success of the project. Collaboration: Work closely with the Program Manager to ensure alignment of project execution with business objectives. Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage IT infrastructure upgrades, replacements, and decommissioning efficiently. Required Qualifications: Experience: 10+ years of IT project management experience, with a focus on IT infrastructure (network, servers, workstations). Project Documentation: Expertise in creating and managing various project documentation and governance. Risk Management: Strong experience in tracking and mitigating project risks and issues. Certifications: PMP certification is preferred but not mandatory. Leadership: Ability to lead meetings, recap discussions, and ensure accountability within the team. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate project goals and progress. Project Management Tools: Proficient in using project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or ServiceNow.
