Operations Specialist
to join our dynamic team. The operations specialist will perform multiple duties across various areas of Operations. Primary tasks include the processing and packaging of HCT/P within an ISO-controlled cleanroom. Specialists may also assist with the fulfillment of sales orders, shipping, and receiving of materials and supplies as needed. Responsibilities:
Understand and follow standard operating procedures. Operate in an ISO 5 controlled environment while maintaining aseptic technique. Accurately document processes in batch records. Enter information accurately into the ERP (GP) system. Process sales orders accurately. Transfer products and materials correctly in the ERP system. Receive incoming products, materials, and supplies. Create and update operating procedures or company documents. Assist with projects as needed. Work effectively as a team member and build relationships between Operations and other departments. Required Education and Experience:
BA/BS degree preferred or 1 year of related work experience. CTBS certification preferred. Experience in cleanroom, document control, packing, and labeling. Strong written and communication skills.
