Project Manager II

Isto Biologics, a growing, 100% biologics-focused company committed to helping patients heal faster by providing a range of advanced solutions to surgeons of varying specialties, is seeking a Project manager II in its Carlsbad, CA location. This is a full time office based position. Working under the direction and guidance of the Director of Project Management, the Project Manager II is responsible for: Identifying project inhibitors and obtaining solutions Establishing milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules Leading and driving multi-disciplinary and cross functional projects, including Engineering, Operations, Quality and Regulatory to ensure successful project execution Understanding and apply Lean principles as appropriate Proactively identifying and mitigating project risks, responsible for escalating critical business decisions to appropriate management Building and maintaining project documentation Required Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University or College in Engineering, Project Management, or related field; Masters degree preferred 2+ years of experience as a project manager, preferably leading projects in the medical device industry Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously across different departments Proven experience in the medical device and/or biologics industries Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Strong communications and interpersonal skills
