Job Description The Delivery Technician will be responsible for the delivery and setting up of medical products to patients.
Job Responsibilities
Safely operate a company vehicle.
Follow all traffic rules and regulations.
Provide customer service to patients and develop professional relationships with them.
Deliver medical equipment into patients' homes.
Set up the equipment in the patient's home and explain how it works, answering questions.
Report any misconduct, suspicious or unethical activities.
Record patient concerns and complaints and forward them to supervisor.
Perform routine inspections of the vehicle pre and post trip.
Perform cleaning and simple maintenance of the vehicle; keep the vehicle clean.
Complete all required documentation.
Ensure information is accurate and complete.
Monitor inventory levels.
Participate in all required training and safety programs.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
All other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Must have a valid up-to-date driver’s license and a clean MVR (3 years).
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality and provide exceptional customer service.
Ability to make decisions and evaluate options.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to read, write and understand verbal or written instructions.
Must be able to lift up to 100+ pounds unassisted.
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, sit, twist, and crouch.
