Join our team as a Remodel Technician and help restore homes and businesses damaged by fire, water, mold, and storm damage. You will be responsible for remodeling and cleaning properties, assisting in restoring damaged spaces to their original condition. Be part of a leading restoration company known for quality and excellence. Job Responsibilities
Prepare damaged areas for restoration by setting up barriers and organizing the space. Set up equipment and staging areas for remodeling. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow. Communicate regularly with customers about project progress. Utilize tools and equipment effectively for remodeling and cleaning tasks. Maintain clean and organized workspaces. Follow safety protocols and wear PPE. Adhere to company policies and perform additional duties as assigned. Job Requirements
Experience in construction, remodeling, or property restoration. Ability to use tools and equipment safely. Excellent communication skills. Strong time management and prioritization skills. Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform tasks like bending, reaching, climbing, and crawling. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
