We’re seeking a strategic and collaborative sales leader to drive growth through our dealer channel. This role leads a national team of Dealer Sales Managers and partners closely with internal stakeholders to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
Lead and develop the Dealer Channel team, setting strategic direction and ensuring effective resource use.
Support dealers in growing Quadient sales through field engagement, training, and consultative guidance.
Provide coaching on sales structure, territory planning, hiring, and business development.
Deliver training on sales skills, product knowledge, and Quadient solutions.
Resolve complex issues and foster collaboration across teams and functions.
Monitor performance, analyze trends, and provide accurate forecasts and reporting.
Strengthen dealer relationships and ensure alignment with distribution agreements.
Lead major cross-regional deals and support new dealer recruitment.
Partner with marketing on promotions, pricing, and competitive insights.
Organize dealer conferences and share market intelligence regularly.
The scope of this role is intended to expand over time.
