Talent Acquisitions Partner About this role: Contract position – 4 months. 5 days onsite in Fremont, CA.
Responsibilities:
Partner with Regional Operations leaders and managers to become a subject matter expert in delivery and logistics hiring.
Lead end‑to‑end recruiting for delivery and logistics roles, including job postings, applicant tracking, recruiting data, and hiring process coordination.
Broaden candidate channels by leveraging multiple platforms and maintaining a healthy pipeline of candidates.
Perform full‑cycle recruiting: identify talent, interview, provide recaps, collect candidate data, and extend offers.
Serve as Weee!’s cultural evangelist and communicate professionally and courteously with candidates to foster long–term relationships.
Track and maintain up‑to‑date, compliant records in Greenhouse and Fountain.
Execute recruiting programs to attract top talent.
Report timely recruiting progress.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of sourcing/full‑cycle recruiting experience (1099/IC experience preferred).
Proficiency with Google Suite, ATS, and job‑posting platforms such as Indeed, Handshake, and LinkedIn.
Professional communication with all candidates, keeping candidate experience and Weee!’s culture and values in mind.
Strong adaptability, initiative, curiosity, and ability to learn quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
Self‑starting, scrappy, and resourceful work ethic requiring minimal guidance.
Extremely strong attention to detail.
Interest in expanding to cover broader recruitment projects.
Nice to have:
Knowledge of the transportation industry and/or prior driver recruitment experience.
Compensation Range
US base salary range for this full‑time contract position: $80,000 – $95,000.
Eligibility for discretionary bonus, incentives, and benefits.
Salary determined by role, level, and location.
