This role is onsite 5 days a week in Fremont, CA. (12 month contract)

About the role As the Sr Talent Acquisition Partner at Weee!, you will be a critical point of contact and part of the candidate experience as we recruit for our mission. You will be a talent advisor for hiring managers and lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process supporting Corporate, Fulfillment Center Operations, and Logistics teams.

Responsibilities

Partner closely with hiring business leaders and managers to become a subject matter expert in the field.

Understand how positions impact the organization and advise on the best hiring strategy based on labor market and competitive landscape.

Source, target and engage passive candidates and communicate position requirements and company vision.

Strategize and leverage various sourcing techniques and channels to identify candidates and maintain a healthy pipeline for priority roles.

Serve as Weee!'s cultural evangelist by maintaining professional and courteous communication with candidates.

Identify and manage candidates throughout the hiring process from initial contact through offer acceptance.

Meticulously track and maintain compliant records of candidate pipelines in our ATS (Greenhouse).

Implement and execute recruiting programs to attract top talent.

Report timely recruiting progress to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of sourcing/full‑cycle recruiting experience (in‑house preferred).

Experience and proficiency in Google Suite, ATS and job posting platforms such as Indeed, Handshake, and LinkedIn.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proven track record in sourcing and hiring passive candidates from top companies.

Collaborate with hiring teams and take hiring as a partnership.

Build rapport with candidates and provide a good candidate experience.

Strong attention to detail.

Proactive and responsive when issues arise.

Interest in covering a wider range of recruitment projects.

Compensation

US base salary range: $114,000‑134,000.

May be eligible for discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits.

Salary determined by role, level, and location.
