Scion Technology has been engaged to identify an accomplished
Project Executive – Global Cloud & Data Centers (GCDC)
for a highly respected, global systems integration and technology organization. This full‑time role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee a portfolio of complex, high‑value infrastructure programs across multiple U.S. regions.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and oversee a portfolio of complex projects, ensuring alignment with strategic program goals, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, budgets, and resource requirements.
Drive program and project execution by managing multiple teams and vendors concurrently.
Oversee financial performance, including project budgets, forecasting, and cost control to ensure delivery within scope and margin targets.
Establish strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and third‑party vendors to ensure exceptional communication, transparency, and client satisfaction.
Lead project planning, execution, and closeout phases with an emphasis on process consistency and continuous improvement.
Implement and enforce QA/QC standards, conduct project audits, and identify improvement opportunities.
Manage project risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to minimize operational and financial exposure.
Provide executive‑level reporting, KPIs, and documentation to leadership, stakeholders, and clients.
Inspire and mentor project managers, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
Ensure alignment with company standards, customer requirements, and regulatory compliance across all sites.
Travel as needed to project locations across the U.S.
What You Bring
5+ years of experience as a Project Executive, Senior Project Manager, or Program Leader, ideally within data centers, security integration, or large‑scale construction.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or Project Management; PMP certification preferred.
Strong experience managing large, complex, multi‑site projects or programs.
Expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
Skilled in risk mitigation, quality assurance, and resource management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities with executive presence.
Proven success improving delivery cadence, communication, and budget adherence.
Experience with data center or low‑voltage integration projects a plus.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
