Description:
Minimum 8 years of experience working with retail or ecommerce customers as a business analyst or product analyst, with knowledge about My Account and Checkout.
Knowledge of Agile practices and strong story writing skills are essential.
Experience in writing, prioritizing, and grooming User stories.
Strong understanding of business processes, systems analysis, and requirements gathering.
Experience working with JIRA and Confluence.
Experience writing user stories in Gherkin format.
Experience with Analytics is an additional advantage.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately captured and implemented.
End-to-end understanding of SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Hybrid, Incremental Development.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand needs, objectives, and pain points.
Conduct detailed requirements analysis and document specifications.
Assist in training end-users and support during and after deployment.
Work hours: 8 am – 5 pm Central Time.
Excellent problem-solving skills focused on business process optimization.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to collaborate across teams.
Proactive with ownership and accountability.
