Coordinator – Supply Chain Inventory Management

Position Summary We are seeking a proactive Coordinator to manage inventory, par levels, and product locations using ParEx technology. The Coordinator will analyze medical and surgical items, identify operational enhancements, and recommend creative solutions to reduce variability and improve efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in reorganizing storage areas to optimize space and accessibility.
Collaborate with vendors to track orders, resolve discrepancies, and ensure quality standards.
Coordinate receipt, storage, and distribution of materials to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
Generate and analyze inventory reports; recommend adjustments to meet operational needs.
Maintain and monitor inventory levels; process adjustments and update records as needed.
Maintain strong relationships with clinical and operational teams to ensure materials meet end‑user needs.
Support ongoing process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Troubleshoot and resolve supply chain issues, including backorders and delivery delays.
Update and maintain product location data and inventory systems.
Work closely with warehouse, purchasing, and clinical teams to manage product changes, stockroom setups, and replenishment schedules.
Adapt to new responsibilities as the position evolves.
Minimum Qualifications
BA/BS degree.
3‑5 years of inventory management experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).
Creative problem‑solving skills.
Ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
5‑7 years of inventory management experience.
Previous healthcare supply chain or materials management experience.
Strong communication skills.
Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

Pay Transparency Salary range for this role: $64,350.00 – $68,900.00 annually. Actual salaries depend on experience, education, and hospital need. The range does not include bonuses or other compensation.
