About the role As an Administrator – Business and Product Delivery you will support the Fuel Contract Managers (FCM) in the delivery of a suite of commercial sales contracts relating to Fuel Components / Intermediate manufacture, internal order creation, invoicing and shipping. You will support other commercial sales contracts on behalf of the Company, ensuring that all deliveries are made (OTIFWC – On Time, In Full, Without Complaint) and that contractual obligations are understood and achieved to deliver value to Westinghouse and its customers.

You will report to the EMEA Fuel Portfolio Manager. This is a hybrid role, located in Colombia, SC.

Key Responsibilities

Support the manufacturing and delivery of all relevant contract deliverables

Work with departments e.g. Production, Quality, Technical, and Financial that help deliver contracts

Represent us as one of the interfaces with the customer by building excellent customer and other partner relationships to support contract delivery

Coordination and support of customer meetings/visits/audits/surveillances

Raise and co‑coordinate contractual Sales Orders and Scheduling Agreements and Invoices in SAP

Manage 'Customer Demand' within existing systems

Monitor/Report on financials including all income, margin and cash forecasting, invoicing and cash collection

Assist and verification of the preparation of all delivery documentation including collaborating with different internal support groups

Co‑ordinate compliance with relevant Export Licenses – including application

Produce Corrective Action Program (CAP) entries along with tracking through completion and closure

Support FCMs in the management of any risk, mitigation plans and escalations

Customer SharePoint site maintenance

Maintain systems and control to support delivery of opportunities and continuous improvement

Support the team with new opportunities through our Stage Gate process and working with Commercial Integration / Customer Account Managers in reviewing offer letters and contract drafts.

Qualifications

Essential to have customer experience

Desirable to have commercial experience

Desirable to have experience in business and finance.

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; engineering. Specific relevant experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree being in a non‑technical discipline. Nuclear industry experience.

Operate Business Systems such as SAP/PRIME/CAP/ENOVIA

Demonstrated experience of continuous improvement

Be aware and comply with regulatory and company procedures and standards e.g. safety, quality, risk and security appropriate to the role

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $64,800 to $81,000 per year.
