Responsibilities
Develop servant leaders—put people and restaurant first.
Create memorable guest experiences that keep customers returning.

Welcome and train new team members.
Lead inspiring team huddles that motivate and inform.
Ensure continuous team training and coaching.
Build shift supervisors’ capability and prepare them for the next level.

Coach brand service behaviors through training, observation, feedback, and celebration.
Monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations.
Ensure the restaurant is welcoming and clean.
Maintain product quality and operational standards.
Partner with the General Manager to create action plans improving guest metrics.
Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness).
Ensure accurate cash handling and HACCP logs.
Review inventory efficiencies to create product orders.
Implement cost controls.
Monitor people charts and adjust production planning as needed.
Create and monitor schedules and manage onboarding for new team members.
Execute action plans addressing employee needs and operational assessments.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1–2 years supervisory experience.
Excellent guest service skills.
Capacity to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong communication with guests and team members.
Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
Ability to motivate employees, resolve conflicts, and make tough decisions.
Availability to work all shifts, open, close, weekends, and holidays.
