About IXOPAY, Inc. Our mission at IXOPAY is to secure and optimize payments for global commerce. We’re building an integrated platform that optimizes payment transactions and protects payments data. For merchants who understand that payments are now a strategic function, IXOPAY is a complete payments optimization platform that delivers best‑in‑class tokenization and transaction routing. Unlike point solutions, IXOPAY delivers omnichannel tokenization, card lifecycle management, and smart routing via any payments service provider — giving merchants unprecedented control over their revenue and the competitive edge to thrive in global commerce.
Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and results‑oriented Growth Manager to drive the cross‑selling of new IXOPAY products and modules to our existing global customer base. Our current customers already trust us with their core payment orchestration needs. Your mission will be to identify new opportunities within these accounts and clearly articulate how our expanded product suite - which includes advanced features like Universal Tokens, Enhanced Risk Management, Automated Reconciliation, AI Payments Intelligence and White Label Solutions can solve their next set of complex payment challenges, boost their revenue, and further streamline their operations. This is a critical role focused on maximizing customer lifetime value and expanding our footprint within high‑value enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Cross‑Sell Strategy: Design and implement a global, data‑driven cross‑sell strategy to introduce new IXOPAY products to our existing customer portfolio
Customer Opportunity Identification: Work closely with the Relationship Management and Product teams to analyze customer data (usage, performance, pain points) to identify and prioritize the highest‑potential cross‑sell opportunities
Targeted Campaigns: Partner with Marketing and CX Leadership on end‑to‑end growth campaigns, utilizing channels like email, webinars, and direct outreach, tailoring the value proposition of each product to specific customer segments
Content and Collateral: Collaborate with Marketing to develop compelling content, case studies, and enablement materials that clearly demonstrate the ROI and strategic value of new products for existing clients
Performance Monitoring: Define, track, and report on key metrics related to cross‑sell success, including penetration rate, customer lifetime value (CLV) increase, new product adoption, and campaign ROI
Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer to the Product and Engineering teams, relaying feedback and requests to inform the product roadmap and ensure new features align with high‑value customer needs
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a high‑growth role within Growth or Customer Expansion/Sales, preferably in B2B SaaS or FinTech.
Proven track record of successfully designing and executing cross‑sell programs to enterprise customers that resulted in significant revenue growth
Deep understanding of the payment ecosystem, payment orchestration, tokenization, risk management, and/or PCI compliance is highly desirable
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and make strategic recommendations
Proficiency with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools is a must
